Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact soutien@xn--kivobeaut-j4a.com. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to send your package. Please request approval before sending anything back; items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal-care products such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable under our voluntary return policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact us to request a return. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at soutien@xn--kivobeaut-j4a.com.
