Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

CIRA offers free standard shipping with no minimum order value to destinations available at checkout.

International orders

Available countries and regions are listed at checkout. Standard shipping is shown as free before you place your order. Free shipping covers the shipping charge; it does not mean that local taxes, customs duties or import charges are included.

Delivery information

Delivery timing depends on the item, destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate provided for your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Subscription renewal intervals, where applicable, are not delivery estimates.

Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. For a delivery question or an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at soutien@xn--kivobeaut-j4a.com.
